Information Collection and Use

We only collect the information you provide when you register or use our app, including your name and email address. We also collect the business idea details you submit for evaluation, such as the business name, industry, problem being solved, target audience, and revenue model. We use this information solely to provide you with the AI Shark evaluations and workspace tools you request, and to improve your experience on the platform.

Your Business Ideas

By default, all pitches and business analysis generated within the AI Sharks app are private and will not be used, sold, or shared by AI Sharks for any commercial or non-commercial purposes. Users retain full ownership of their business ideas and the commercial rights to all generated analysis and reports. AI Sharks cannot be held responsible for any information you choose to share externally from the app.

AI Evaluations

Your business idea details are submitted to our AI infrastructure to generate Shark evaluations, scores, market analyses, and business plans. We instruct our AI model providers to treat your inputs as confidential service data and not to use them to train general-purpose models. You should avoid submitting highly sensitive or classified proprietary information in your pitches.

Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services to enhance the functionality of our app and to improve your experience. These services may include, but are not limited to, analytics tracking and platform performance monitoring. We do not sell or share your personal information with any third parties. Our payment processing is handled by the Apple App Store, and we do not store your financial information on our servers.

Safe Environment

The AI Sharks team will never make use of any user data or business content for our own purposes. You can confidently pitch your ideas on our platform, as we are fully committed to the safety, security, and privacy of your information. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Account Deletion

To delete your account and all associated data, please send an email to hi@aisharks.xyz from the email address associated with your account. All your data, including your pitches and generated analysis, will be permanently removed. Please note that it may take up to 30 days to process account deletion requests.

Changes to Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. We will notify you of material changes via an in-app notice or email. Your continued use of the app following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated privacy policy.
